The Annual General Meeting of Headway Glasgow will be held on Wednesday 27th of October at 1pm in the Renfield Centre, 260 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JP (see pic)
This year we will have a speaker from Headway UK giving us an update on what Headway is doing at a national level- both UK and Scotland wide. We will also be launching our new website: www.headwayglasgow.org (designed by Alan Watt) and will show some of the information contained on it.
At each AGM we hold an election of committee or board members. These are the people who have the ultimate responsibility for the running of Headway Glasgow and provide support and assistance to staff and members through their role. On the reverse of this letter (printed version) will be a short role description for the committee. This year we would particularly like people with experience of accounts, finance and organisational development to put themselves forward. If you wish to put yourself forward for election can you please let me know at least 4 days in advance of the AGM.
